You own your data. Before your account closes you can export all volunteer records, shift histories, and hours logs as CSV files. We do not delete your data immediately — there is a 30-day window after cancellation where you can reactivate or request an export.
No. Your plan price is fixed regardless of how many volunteers you add — Free supports up to 10, Starter up to 50, and Community up to 100. You will never be charged extra for adding a new volunteer to your roster. When you reach your plan's limit, you can upgrade in less than a minute and all your data stays intact.

Yes. The platform sends transactional emails including shift confirmations, recruitment requests, anniversary recognitions, and badge notifications. All emails are sent from your organization's name. For large email blasts, the platform uses Resend, a dedicated transactional email service.
Yes. Each organization's data is kept separate. Coordinators can only access data within their own organization — they cannot see another organization's volunteers, shifts, or records. Volunteers who help at multiple organizations can switch between them to manage their own schedule at each, but can only see information from organizations they have been added to. All data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database, access is controlled by authenticated sessions, and the platform is audited regularly for security vulnerabilities.
